No, Motosai only charges transparent 10% commission on your booking. We do not charge the bike Owner anything for this transaction.
Motosai provides a renter protection program that covers eligible bookings against fraud and other issues. You can receive a refund of security deposit without any conditions 48 hours before the booking starts. If you are picking up the bike and the bike offered by a rental shop is different from a bike offered in an app or the bike condition is not satisfactory, you can request another bike or receive a refund of your deposit through our support. In this case the Owner may be penalized for misleading information or poor bike condition.
Yes, you will receive a notification 1 day before your rental ends, there you can apply for an extension. If the bike is available on the desired dates, you will receive confirmation from the Owner and can continue using the bike.
Yes, you can request to finish the booking at any moment. Note that if you request to finish the booking today, you will be charged for the current and the next day. To avoid these charges request to finish the booking at least 2 days before you plan to return the bike. Please note that daily price is usually higher than weekly or monthly so your booking price may be recalculated by the Owner when you return the bike.
Yes, the data you submit are kept at the secure storage and are only accessible to the Owner, Motosai and yourself. We never sell your data to third parties.

Simply click “I am a rental” on the main screen, fill information about your company, add a motorcycle to your inventory with details including model, photos, price, and description. Once your motorcycle is added, you can see the requests and can offer the bike to potential Riders who are looking for a similar bike at this moment.
