Thais genuinely love their small 125CC mototcycles. They start driving them since very young age, I guess, even before they turn 10 years old. With years they get more practiced, but, unfortunately, don’t know rules. They also care not much about safety, their own and people around.
Why care about breaks? They love to drive with one hand only, using second for holding objects, talking by phone and so one.
